Dr. April has been a lifesaver for my 12-year-old daughters broken arm!! Because of the pandemic the care my daughter received for a broken arm was truncated, chopped out of a cast too early, I sought out a Doctor Who gave her a splint for a couple weeks but then advised us not to go to an in person physical therapist. They said “12-year-olds heal”, but that’s 12-year-olds who can play and the pandemic has ceased normal behaviors. From the first instance Dr. April took on my daughters arm as her personal mission and project to see through to wellness! No one else in the healthcare industry that we’ve come across in this whole saga has taken on bringing my daughter back to lack of pain and full motion. In addition to Dr. April‘s devotion, integrity, and follow through she brings an astute intuition as to when to stretch, push, pull, and when to let up. She can somehow sense what the arm is doing and the subtleties inside the body. Dr. April is very wise and devoted and smart to have chosen this career path for which she has physical and intuitive intelligence. We were very lucky to get her!!

I went to see Dr. April after aggravating my left shoulder, which was on and off bothering me for a while. It was hard to explain the pain because it would come and go and the pain level would be from non existence, to waking me up at night and unable to sleep because of it. I really liked how Dr. April meticulously tested the shoulder area to identify the cause of the discomfort. After 2 sessions and a few different therapy applications, we discovered that my case was not a standard one and I could tell that Dr. April is a seasoned therapists because she immediately knew where to look to see what is causing the issue. It turned out that I had something wrong with my first rib on the left side. I’ve been seeing Dr. April for almost 2 months now and see a great improvement how my shoulder feels. I’ve been to other therapists and my experience was that I was being treated with the standard procedures going through the motions. With Dr. April, I felt that I was in good hands and that my rehabilitation treatment was created and adjusted to my unique case. I would highly recommend her to others seeking physical therapy.

“It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable, passionate and talented. But when you combine that with with a level of professionalism and care, you know you’ve found someone special. Needless to say, I’m ALWAYS looking forward to my next session with April. I had neck pain and felt like I was losing flexibility. April was successfully able to help me through a combination of massage and stretching techniques. It’s always great to ask questions along the way too, April is a great teacher and really knows her stuff!”
