- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different and a walkthrough of your home or business is a crucial step in determining the final quote. I work with each customer based on their unique needs and situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An ****************** to get some information about what you're looking to get accomplished. After that, we can schedule a walkthrough and confirm a final quote. In many cases, we can start work the day after the walkthrough or sometimes on the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The majority of my training has been "on the job". Since starting at Dish Network and then ADT I've gained a lot of experience taking projects from an idea to a reality.
