I don't normally give reviews unless the service was so bad I want to warn people not to use them, or so good I have no qualms about recommending them to anybody. In this case, Palmetto Tree service was outstanding. Hade a 40ft. tree in a difficult space that needed taking down, and I had a fence around my property that made it difficult to get to, and my neighbor did not want any heavy mechanized equipt. on her property. David and his crew dropped that tree, and had it cut up and hauled away, in just a few hours, making sure there was no damage to my fence as well. They also made sure the area was cleaned up afterward so you would not even know someone was there. Bottom line, while it is normal to want to get bids from a few different people, you can save time and stress by just going with Palmetto. Good price, good people, great service. You can't do better.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we try to be fair on the price so it's affordable but we can ensure you receive the quality of work needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Palmetto Pros works best with new customers on a one on one basis. Generally we will get a request from a new customer and immediately contact them by phone or email so that we can set up a time to meet that is most convenient for them. After that we schedule the time to check out the job and most often send a quote within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took carpentry in high school and placed top in the state in my competition. I have also taken numerous training classes for tree education, climbing and rigging.
