- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible with our pricing . We have multiple packages to accommodate every budget and we are very flexible when it comes to the clients needs. We have a pricing list available that breaks down those packages as well as separate fees for separate services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding the customer is the most important thing to us here at BHEM Studios . Before we do work we always have a conversation with our clients to fully grasp what they need so we can make sure everything is perfect for the shoot. Once we go through the questioniare we then move our clients to the pricing list that way they can build the package best for them . During the editing process we are very open for criticism and offer 2 revisions for free with every project. We will be available at all times for calls and texts in case you have any questions and always deliver final results within a 2 week span.
