Ceremony was beautiful. However, communication was poor. My coordinator and I both tried several attempts on reaching them the day of my wedding with no luck. As a bride and the anxiety that comes on the day of, I would’ve felt much relief to know what time they were showing up for the ceremony or if they even were. After the ceremony, as we were taking pictures, they had told my coordinator they were waiting for payment. If they would’ve looked on the thumbtack app, they would’ve seen that I had already payed. After they saw that I payed them, they proceeded to leave. In September, I reached out to them asking if it would be the two of them so I could account for catering, so the fact they left after they got their money was really frustrating.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first set up a brief phone consultation to gain additional information. Once the consultation is complete, We will contact the customer 2-3 days prior to the ceremony( If permitted) to confirm previous details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both certified as notary publics and have received some formal training.
