For some reason this only allowed me to pick three! I would have picked more. His installation team was absolutely amazing. From going around the subfloors and screwing them down so there would be no noise to clean up and all in one day! Installation of luxury vinyl flooring.

Overall, Felipe and his team did a great job with my bathroom renovation, and I would easily hire them again. The project, like most projects, wasn't without some challenges, but they were able to be addressed quickly, and the team accredited accountability where appropriate. My only request, if I were to work with Surfside again, would be that unanticipated costs that come up be discussed and agreed upon before the work is done.

Felipe was great to work with. He remodeled my parents bathrooms. I live out of state, so it felt good knowing my parents were in good hands. Only item missed was the caulking around one of the toilets, but he assured us he’d make the trip back to finish once my parents were back in town. We love the new looks!

After a month, we can confidently say that the split system air conditioner in our garage works perfectly. Giovanni is not only a professional but also a caring person. I made a mistake by not mentioning that some necessary materials were missing. Giovanni had to put the work he had started aside to buy what was needed for the job. He took his time and found a good pad and cover at an incredibly low price. He also found a great electrician, they both did a great job at great rates.
