I am so happy to have work with Cyber Net Tech Steven he was a great help and getting my computer working properly again he comes highly recommended and knows his work I recently was scam bye someone saying that they work for Microsoft and that I had to call them to get this virus off my computer once I talk to them and let them take control of my computer come to find out that they wanted me to pay this extreme price of $500 when I refuse to pay it they put a block on my computer which I could not start it up without putting a password that only knew the word the password. I was so confused did not know what to do so I got on Thumbtack and put in my problem and not even seconds later I got a text that Cyber Net Tech could help me and at a affordable price two minutes later I got a call from Cyber Net Tech and it didn't take him long to show me how to get it fixed thank you Cyber Net Tech you have made my day

Anywho I am used to the scammers where I worked seems like every other call was due to the fake Tech Support Scammers based in India usually whom said they worked for Microsoft... usually they install a remote backdoor hidden in %appdata% or set up RDP either way I will be happy to remove anything they did & secure your computer for you tonight :)

    Ask questions, find out what the root cause is and then remote in and apply the fix. Then confirm with the customer the issue has been resolved.

    College Networking Training-Cisco Certified-Neworkt+-Security+-A+ Worked for HP,Avast,Cox and one other AV Company I can not say because I still work at. Did Remote Computer Support-Help Desk for Avast Total Support, Cox Tech Solutions, and HP Smart Friend Services.
