Very professional. Came with appropriate tools and completed work very efficiently. Friendly and knowledgeable. Met my needs for my carpet restretching project. Excellent job by the installer. Looks great! It was hard to find a pro who was willing to work with my situation, having all materials already purchased and on site. Many weren’t even willing to give me a quote because I already purchased the carpet and padding. Job was done well and quickly. Installer was on time and easy to work with.

Start out by talking with them on a phone call to feel them out on what they are looking for. Then I will work with them on a time to set up for a measure and face to face meeting.After meeting with them and measuring the project, will go over some info on what they are looking for

Some manufactors have training courses for their products and we stay up to date with them
