Introduction: We're available to our owners, tenants and real estate professionals 7 days a week to show our homes or answer any questions they may have. We personally show our owner's homes to potential tenants and we never hand out any of our keys to anyone. We feel meeting the tenants 1 on 1 helps us build a better relationship plus we're there to answer questions they have about the home or area. I truly enjoy working with the owners and tenants and building a trustworthy relationship with them. When you're the middle person between 2 important people, you need to make sure you're there for them whenever they need you.

If you are in the market for a property manger to manage your rental home, you should definitely call Best Choice Property Management. These ladies go above and beyond to get the job done. I personally work with Ms. Judy Buss and she knows what she is doing. She will answer any questions you may have and will go over the paper work in great detail with you before you sign anything. She stays in contact with you from the beginning and thru out the entire time she is managing your property. If there's a problem that the tenant has, she notifies me first to let me know before any repairs are ordered that way there are no surprises. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend it to anyone.

Judy's service was professional and impeccable. This is my first rental and I wanted the best in service, the most knowledgeable and one that would work hard for me to secure a tenant. I found all of these needs met by Best. When I was concerned about the length of time it was taking with the process, Judy assured me, "Ive never had a house NOT rent". I left the worrying to she and Becky who also helped keep my mind at ease. Undoubtedly, they have heart and expertise. A winning combination!
