- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are varies from start to the max charge. Depending on what the jobs are. However there are discounts that we offer at times.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know them and what they like as far as services. Then telling them about myself and how important customer satisfaction is to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been pressing washing and cleaning for over 10-15 yrs.
