Introduction: During COVD-19, LJC Interiors health and safety is our most important priority. We will be meeting with existing and new clients virtually until things have calmed. Please stay safe and healthy. The most important factor in my work is the ability to adapt to my clients needs, style, and budget. I always look for new and innovative trends in interior design. My favorite part about my job is seeing a client’s vision of their home or business come to life. I get great satisfaction in knowing that I have made my clients happy. The most important thing about my job is creating a space that my client create wonderful memories.

Jenny is easy to work with and has a great eye for design! She brought a great combination of her own ideas and an ability to sense and integrate our priorities. We hope to work with her again in the future!

Interior Design

Jenny was always available when we needed her assistance. We requested her help with paint colors, wallpaper, fireplace surround, and window treatments. She listened to our questions and immediately “got” our style. We took her ideas and ran with them, making this renovation project so much stressful. Great experience!

Interior Design

Jenny has been working with me on several different projects for my house. She has the best ideas and things I would have never thought of. She is very patient and personable. I have been considering for years to remodel my kitchen and master bathroom as working with Jenny has made me decide to this as well. I highly recommend her!

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process is to meet in person for a complimentary consultation to learn more about the project and see the space. This generally can take between 1.5 to 2.0 hours depending on the scope of the project. I like to take a tour of your home or commercial space, so I can get a better idea of overall style and layout of the entire/building. Afterwards we sit down and I have the customer explain to me their wants or needs and see how they feel they can utilize me best. Then a game of 20 questions comes, this is when I ask lots of questions to get as many details possible from you. I will then explain if hired how the design process from start to finish.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a masters and bachelors degree in Architecture. I am LEED certified, which means I am licensed to work on "Green Building projects."

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began working as a administrative assistant at a commercial architectural and interior design firm in college. I worked around all of this creativity and knew I needed to be part of it somewhat. My company paid for me to get my degree in architecture but not interior design. Both in school and on the job, I played the role as an interior designer that's when I knew it was my calling!
