FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Junk removal rates are based on 3 components: 1. amount of physical truck space 2. Weight of load 3. Time to complete the work Our pricing model clearly & consistently accounts for these 3 variables. All of our moving service rates are based on man- hours. Our per man/ per hour rate is $43.50. That said, we do have minimum charges for each of our moving services. For moving help, our minimum charge is $174 which includes 1 hour of labor from a 2- person crew and 20 mi. travel radius in our high roof sprinter van. For local moves, our minimum charge is based on the home square footage/ # of rooms. We will provide a complete rate quote prior to confirming any job. There may also be relevant surcharges for items requiring special handling, exceptionally challenging properties to access and out- of- service area (20 mi radius around 29707 zip code) jobs. These additional charges will be included on the quote for approval.
