Daniel worked on two computer systems for me. This work was for virus removal and for data transfer. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and very professional, One system required replacement of the hard drive, for which he had to take the computer with him, and order the required parts, but it was returned within a reasonable time. He made recommendations and changes with my systems to provide for better virus and malware protection, with the benefit of it being of no cost to me, as it replaced an expensive virus protection program I had been using that did not work!!. He was very helpful with any questions I had, and offered to answer any questions I may have in the future if necessary. He followed up with me to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction, All work was done promptly and satisfactorily, and I would recommend using his services to anyone.

I wish I would have found daniel before i went to staples on folley rd. I needed a new hard drive and the techs at staples did not know this??? the only thing they did was do a virus scan and that cost me $150. I do plan on going back and getting my money back.. warning do not go to staples on folley rd for tech support give daniel a call.
