- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do give estimates. Pricing may vary depending on the size of the job. We keep our prices fair and reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, listening to the customers needs and wants about the project is the main thing we try to do. If we can do everything we can to please the client and everybody is happy, well then that is just good business that will keep coming back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 32 years experience in this field. Most of my employees have at least 5 years or more. I feel like everyone working with the company is more than qualified to fulfill the needs of our customers.
