- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are between 150 and 500 for a deep cleaning that includes baseboard windows and even the oven and inside the refrigerator. I am a person who likes to help, so the price is negotiable to make it better for my client...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer not to go see the house and I already go with all the materials needed for a deep cleaning. I tell you by message a price, for example, between 150 and 250. When I analyze the size of the house when I arrive and see how dirty it is, I tell you the fixed and clean price...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My politeness with my client is the best because I am learning English so I need to communicate a lot with body language so I always work with a smile on my face and I always show my client in the form of gifts how important he is to me and I give my best at work because I know that it is my work that he needs and not my words (but I confess that I am very sad not to say because there are some clients who are so nice that I would like to thank them for the opportunity and show my affection with words.)
