Exceeded expectations in every way possible. Charlie was new to thumbtack and had outstanding people skills as well as extreme knowledge of his industry. Explained the entire process to us of low pressure power washing and how he doesn't use any industrial strength chemicals. We have a large amount of plants and after speaking with him we didn't have any worries. The job looked outstanding and not a single plant harmed which was the issue with the last guy we hired from thumbtack. We even received a follow up thank you card from him. Will definitely use in the future

We received 3 other quotes to have our house pressure washed and deck cleaned. After meeting with each one it was a easy decision to go with Charlie. He explained everything from the process of restoring our deck to low pressure power washing. He did an amazing job and even restored all our deck furniture for no charge. He returned and sealed and stained our deck and placed everything back exactly where it was. His pride in his work is unmatched and we will definitely use him again

Quotes can be done roughly through emails or texts with just a few questions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you receive the quote I'll send a list of open dates that we'll agree upon which one will work for you. On the job I'll go over the process with you and answer any questions you might have. After job is complete we will do a walk through to make sure everything is satisfactory. I follow up call or card usually follows in the next few days to thank you for your business.
