- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary greatly. We tend to charge by the job or by month and sometimes by the project. Phone calls and emails as well as consultations are always cost free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide free consultations in order to obtain the "full picture" of services needed by each client. Explaining, in as much detail as required, each step of every service provided is a practice we use to help the client feel more at ease. Questions are always welcome and encouraged by the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We keep up to date on annual continuing education and annual QuickBooks ProAdvisor status. We also renew our PTIN through the IRS on an annual basis.
