I have had a couple of necessary repairs in the last year and a half. After using them the first time, I would never use anyone else. So now I have used them for two separate issues. One being my septic, and the other plumbing issues. Big Plumbing issues. I highly recommend them and I trust them immensely. They are extremely organized, punctual, most competent, and take the time to explain everything in a way that we can understand. I'm yet to meet a single one of their employee that is not polite, very nice, and extremely professional. They have several areas of expertise such as septic, HVAC, and plumbing. Well unfortunately I've had to use 2 out of three of their services. Hopefully I can hold it there. I will not use anyone else in the future. I tell all my friends about this company as well. I would never recommend someone that I didn't trust 100% to anyone and I certainly wouldn't use them twice. PS Even the ladies in their office are the most pleasant, helpful, and extremely nice, personable, and professional. How can you go wrong?Michelle Ross

Chris was very professional and did a good job. My problem with this company is that their charges were quite excessive If I had not been in a panic because water had been leaking all my hardwood floors, I would’ve taken the time to look around and found a small business owner with better pricing

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company has standard pricing for jobs and not based Our customer service representative gathers information in order to send the appropriate technician to the site based on the availability of our schedule and the neon an hourly rate. We offer upfront pricing so you know the exact cost before agreeing to the work. We do offer discounts so always ask our customer service representatives and/or technicians if anything is available to save money.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer service representative gathers information in order to send the appropriate technician to the site based on the availability of our schedule and the new customers schedule. We then send an appointment time confirmation and also a confirmation once the technician is on the way to the home. After the technician diagnoses the issue, they will discuss in detail options for repair along with price. If the repair is approved we most often can complete on site unless a part needs to be ordered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are fully licensed and insured. They also complete ongoing training throughout the year.
