Mr. Jerry is so nice and professional. He came on time and diagnosed the problem in record time. He ordered the parts and I am just waiting on them to come in so he can finish the job. If I have any other issues with appliances, I will call him.

Jerry was very upfront about the situation with our washer and the price to fix it. We had to purchase a new machine. He told us it was probably better to buy bit he would fix it if we wanted to.
