- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are standard but do fluctuate depending on needs and head count. A standard per person price with delivery is a set price. If you need people to stay, tables, chafing dishes, or other request we can accommodate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Anytime I'm working with a new customer the first thing I like to know is the type of event and the head count. We strive to only put out our best product each and every time. Our catering is set up as a buffet service. Making sure we actually handle the type of service the customer is looking for and making sure my product can reach and maintain my high standards is the first thing we worry about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only did I attend culinary school at one of the top schools in the states, but I've also been in a handful of high end restaurants, working all areas of the kitchen. Also I worked for a company and was second in charge of all caterings done at BMW Manufacturing. This allowed me to learn all aspects of catering and what is required in each of them. This includes the Spartanburg chamber of commerce all the way to school children on a field trip.
