I had an outstanding experience with First Class Heating and Air from start to finish. From the moment I called, their team was responsive, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what we wanted. Scheduling was quick and easy, and they showed up exactly when they said they would which is something thats surprisingly rare these days.Tommy and Cameron took their time to thoroughly assess the area where we wanted to put a mini split system and explained the process without any pressure. What stood out most was their transparency and honesty. They werent trying to upsell unnecessary services, just focused on doing the job we wanted.The quality of the work was excellent. The mini split system is running wonderfully in our covered porch area. They left everything clean and tidy when they were done. I was referred to First Class Heating & Air by my neighbors, after Cameron Soper had made their repairs. When I encountered HVAC issues, I also called on Cameron Soper and was pleased with his service. He thoroughly checked out all possible origins of the issue and explained my options. Appreciate his knowledge and customer service. Couldnt be happier with his work. Im going to start a maintenance program with First Class and will definitely call on them for any other HVAC issues.

After calling multiple companies to diagnose and fix my issue I called first class Heating and air to try them. I was desperate at this point, Cameron arrived the next day on time and for the next 2 trips out to my house he put in more effort to fix my problem than everyone else I called combined. You can really tell he knows his stuff. I will only call them from now on.

I have a she-shed that is very cute but badly needed air conditioning, especially during the sweltering summer heat. I got the best price possible for a mini-split AC unit and the installation was done very smoothly. The only problem now is that I dont want to leave my shed.
