- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask your friends and family, often they have used a service like ours and can tell you if they were satisfied. Stay away from big box retail firms, they cost more and do less. Make sure yo seek firms who are certified and make sure they actually are what they say. Some firms have been known to place logos on their site even though they are not actually certified. Contact your local BBB and see if they have any complaints and what the rating is. Do they charge a diagnostic fee? PremierePC only charges our clients when we have corrected the problem, in addition we offer flat rates so there is no "learning on the job" at the clients expense. Lastly, ask about a labor warranty. This way you know they stand behind their work. We offer all clients a 14 day labor guarantee.
