Rebecca M. says, "She and her husband were both very nice and professional, they arrived on time and were prepared when they got there She and her husband are good at moving around and not being in the way - I didn’t notice a single time that they were standing or walking in a way that felt intrusive on our wedding day Delivered wedding pics were not in order on folders making it hard to sort/compare/review them super bright light in the background of some of pics from reception which made them a lot less nice On the wedding day I felt like we got more and better instructions on how to pose for pics than during the engagement session but there were still times when I felt like we weren’t really hitting what I wanted and she didn’t take the time to make little adjustments like hand placements that I feel would have made a better photo, I wouldn’t have minded more feedback/instruction from her in general. I understand that it’s our wedding day and we might not want to be bossed around all day, but I would suggest initiating that discussion of what expectations both parties are comfortable with ahead of time so everyone is on the same page. When taking pics under our wedding arch she centered the bride but then that meant when other people were added to the shot ( groom, parents, etc) the group was off center and I thought those pics could have been nicer if the group would have been centered She produced crisp and clear photos with very nice colors - not sure which ones or how much they were edited but they look very pretty Sometimes days would go by before I received a response to a message. She said I could expect to receive our engagement photos early in the week and we did not get them until Friday of that week. our purchased package included a Photo Booth which was very cool and really fun for our guests but since our venue didn’t have consistent wi-fi they were unable to send the photos to themselves and I had to send them all out later individually ( just something to keep in mind and check with venue about if you’re purchasing this option) We got a wedding and engagement photo/ video package and got the wedding photos back in about 7/8 weeks. We got the engagement photos 25 days after we took them. The video we got back about 16 weeks later but they were hit with flooding during that time which probably delayed the delivery of that. Our video was just under 10 mins and it was absolutely incredible. It’s probably my favorite thing ever and it makes me cry ( that’s a good thing : ) Very reasonable price points, especially considering how far they are willing to travel The welcome guide is very thorough and helpful and answered so many questions ahead of time During the planning process which included many emails and a phone call we had created a google doc of timelines and shots we wanted for the wedding day and I made a list of really important people( about 10) I wanted to make sure I got pics with at the reception and it ended up not happening (i know that I did not initiate any of these pics but I was under the impression that she would take charge on that and I wish we would have clarified this ahead of time) - this is my biggest regret of the day I would rate the video 10/10, the pics 8/10, the overall experience of working with them 7.5/10 and the price 10/10"See more
