- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are definitely not the cheapest, nor do we want to be. We provide premium work with premium products at a very reasonable price, but we prefer to add value to your house by treating it like it’s our own house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come by and evaluate your needs and wants, draw up a detailed plan and quote, then deliver to the customer for review and approval. Once the quote is approved by the customer, we set a date for starting. When the job is completed, we walk the customer around the entire project to get there approval and final sign off for payment.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did a school online and in person in Nashville, TN to learn how to properly strip, clean, prep, stain, and seal any type of wood surface (old or new). I’ve been staining primarily high end wood fences and decks for two years now and I’ve never had a call back or complaint.
