What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are more than happy to come out and get a good look at the areas that need repair before pricing, which we regularly do, free of charge. If you prefer to send pictures and provide measurements via email or text, we can work with that, too!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have been thoroughly trained by PatchMaster's team of Technical Experts in our New Jersey-based training facilities.
