The owner and founder of B.E.S.T., Bay Bester Jr, has more than 10 years of experience installing, removing, repairing, and diagnosing 480/277 VAC, 240/120 VAC, and 24 VDC electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential environments. His electrical career began in 2013 as an Industrial Maintenance Apprentice at Mercedes-Benz U.S. International in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. After six years as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, he moved into his current Controls Engineer role at BMW Manufacturing in Spartanburg, South Carolina. During this time, he obtained a Master Electrician certification card through MASC, currently known as CAGC. Very impressed with the quality of work with Bay. He is very professional, well prepared, punctual, and communicates very well. He went above and beyond by thinking ahead and bringing materials I may need for my new fans. Lowe’s gave me a large window of time for the appointment and he worked with me and narrowed it down to a more suitable time since I had to work in the evening which is incredibly considerate and kind. He completed the installation in a timely manner without rushing or affecting the quality of work. Bay represents the level of professionalism and quality of work that you are searching for. Bay and his crew were outstanding from start to finish. Bay communicated clearly, provided a fair and transparent quote, and showed real integrity throughout the project. Logan and Gino were equally impressive—an engaging, highly capable crew who made the work feel smooth and well organized.
They were very flexible when my plans changed from replacing two light fixtures to installing ceiling fans with light dimmers. They also decommissioned and safely capped an existing light-fixture junction box, then installed a new electrical box, wiring, and mounting hardware for a pool table light fixture in a different location. The result looks great, allowed the pool table to be installed the next day and I’m very happy with the whole experience. I’ll absolutely be reaching out to Bay and his team for additional work already planned down the road. Highly recommend! Spot on experience.
