- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Walker Pest Management, we believe in transparent, competitive pricing. All of our recurring pest control services are listed on our website, along with a clear breakdown of what's included in each plan. We want our customers to know exactly what they're getting before they commit. We offer a 10% discount on recurring pest control services for military members and first responders as a thank-you for their service. Our recurring plans start with a 12-month agreement, and after that, service automatically continues on a month-to-month basis with no hassle. Additional fees are rarely necessary, but if anything ever applies to your specific situation, we'll communicate that clearly upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by having a real conversation. When a customer reaches out, our team takes the time to understand the pest issues they're facing and what they need from a pest control provider. For standard pest control services, we can typically provide a quote right over the phone. Once we've identified the right plan, we'll schedule a technician to come out to the home. They'll inspect the property, confirm the details and pricing, and move forward with service. From there, customers enter a quarterly treatment rotation, and if a covered pest issue comes back between visits, we'll return for a free re-service. For more complex needs, termite treatments, bed bug services, or exclusion work, we'll send an inspector out first. Every home is different, and factors like the home's layout, construction, and surrounding environment all influence the best approach. That inspection allows us to build a customized solution that truly fits the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Walker Pest Management is fully licensed and insured. Beyond meeting licensing requirements, many of our technicians hold additional certifications that go above and beyond what most pest control companies require of their teams. We invest in our people so that customers can trust the professionals showing up at their door.
