Introduction: I take extra time to focus on form to make sure they are doing the exercises correctly, giving them my 100% attention. I customize meal plans to their preferences and include foods they enjoy as well so they don't feel deprived. Training is also customized according to the individuals goals as there is never a one size fits all program. I make sure to produce the results the clients signs up for. Helping people and see their bodies, self confidence levels and their lives change as a result of working together towards a common goal!

Alese is an awesome trainer, she has a passion for what she does and it shows! She cares about her clients, and she tailored my meal plan to include my favorite spoons and snacks- so I really am eating what I love and seeing awesome results! I used to feel like working out was a chore, but not I have so much fun that I hate days that I am not training. :)

I have been training with Alese for the past two months, and I couldn't be happier with her as my trainer. Her enthusiasm and positive approach to both life and her profession is inspiring. From the moment of my first meeting with her I felt like I was in capable hands. She is composed, professional, and organized. She presented a very clear plan about how she was going to get me the results I was after, and so far her program has done more for me in two months than I have seen with any of my other attempts to get in better shape, and I studied martial arts 5 to 6 times a week for 3 years! I love food and one of my favorite things about training with Alese is her meal plans. She provides a realistic solution to getting the foods that your body needs without it feeling like a "diet" . She has given me a meal plan that I can actually live with...I can eat REAL CHEESE...and CHOCOLATE! If you are looking for a excellent and fun person to train you at the gym, then look no further! I can't wait to see where I am in 6 months!
