Do you have a 'honey-do list' but no honey? Or maybe you have a project that is just a bit more than you feel you can handle. I can help you with all those odds and ends tasks that need to be done around your house or property. I am not a full-scale contractor but I have a lot of home maintenance and repair experience and am a good problem-solver. Odessa, we talked about how to preserve your new fence. Another option is to stain the fence, as opposed to a simple wood preservative. Either one is effective -- staining allows you to choose a color.

Woodbrown Home Services has fixed a number of things in my office - some baseboard and door trim carpentry work and painting, installing light fixtures and air vents, and other random jobs that had built up. Every thing was done well and in a timely manner. Very neat and careful. With Woodbrown all of the smaller house projects can be done!

Base rate is $60/hour, with $70 for the first hour. Minimum fee is $80. Some projects can be arranged as a set fee, rather than based on hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After establishing initial contact I go to the job site to get a better idea of what the job entails. I can then make a firm proposal and the client and I can agree to terms of the job.
