Doug is a serious find! I'm so pleased with his work that I have made a list of future projects. Doug replaced my window screens and charged me half of what others had quoted me. My wife felt safe with him. In the near future Doug will be working on my deck, my gate, a new light fixture for my porch and several other projects. He's on time and kept me informed while he was here.

Odessa, we talked about how to preserve your new fence. Another option is to stain the fence, as opposed to a simple wood preservative. Either one is effective -- staining allows you to choose a color.

Woodbrown Home Services has fixed a number of things in my office - some baseboard and door trim carpentry work and painting, installing light fixtures and air vents, and other random jobs that had built up. Base rate is $60/hour, with $70 for the first hour. Minimum fee is $80. Some projects can be arranged as a set fee, rather than based on hourly rate.

After establishing initial contact I go to the job site to get a better idea of what the job entails. I can then make a firm proposal and the client and I can agree to terms of the job.
