Crawlspace Medic was a joy to work with. I knew we had some moisture issues under the house, and that we needed to take some steps to remedy this. I had a quote from a pest control company, and it was exorbitant. Not only was Crawlspace Medic more reasonable, but they really knew what they were talking about. Very professional from the get-go. Matt spent a lot of time with us reviewing the photos of what we were dealing with and to present us with a couple of options. I liked that as we could customize what we wanted to do for now. The other companies did not present any options. The work was done last week by two Crawlspace Medic technicians, and they were excellent. They were at my house - all day - completing the work. They kept me informed throughout the day on what they were doing, I could hear them working under the house, and I saw them haul off close to 10 large black garbage bags of old ground cover, old insulation, and old debris that had been under the house for years. Noone's excited about spending several thousand dollars for work under the house, but I knew it had to be done. This will prevent future damage, it looks so much better there now, and it'll certainly help with resale. Your home is your biggest investment. This was so worth it!!

Wonderful experience with an inspection on a home I am purchasing! Tim did great work and reassured me of no pre-existing structure problems with my new home after cracks were found during the home inspection. Very quick response as well and went above and beyond. Will trust them for any crawlspace needs and maintenance going forward!
