- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I request a percentage up front to secure a time and date for the job. This only applies to bigger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to come meet in person for quoting so the customer can get to know me. However, some jobs I can quote based off of pictures and a description.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a painting company in the past and I also have a degree in art.
