- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not we are just like any other profession and charge time and materials. We charge $110 per hour currently which is 30% less than the national average. We can do this because our repeat customer pays by credit card only and they understand that we charge on way travel time calling them on the way to their office to get the "low down" and being able to execute when we arrive onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely, I fly out every 90 days to meet with a team of my peers and we have trainers come in and teach us about the latest in our field. I am also a member of Vistage the largest CEO roundtable in the world. Monthly we get training on how to run better businesses and deal with the coming business climate. It is invaluable.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad wrapped up a computer and gave it to me at 12 years old. I played games on it forever and made him sad about that. But something happened, after so many hours of playing it I began to see how everything moved and how everything worked. I graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering because I HAD TO KNOW HOW IT WORKED! Now I know and I have taught thousands of others to various degrees not only how the stuff works but have helped them utilize the systems such that we have helped create very successful businesses and business owners through our efforts. I get a lot of personal satisfaction seeing someone take the technology and ideas and put it together and improve their situation. It is very gratifying, I have a found my niche.
