Customized packages and pricing are available to perfectly match your specific event needs and requests. We understand that every event is unique, and we're happy to tailor our offerings to ensure you get exactly what you envision. Contact us to discuss your event details and create a personalized package that fits your requirements and budget Booking your Mirror Air Booth is Easy. On our website just click Request to Book, select your date, then complete the short form. A $300 Deposit will lock in your date and planning for your event will begin!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here's an outline of how your photo booth service process operates: Initial Consultation & Booking We discuss your event details (date, location, guest count, theme, etc.) to understand your vision. We customize a package based on your needs (e.g., hours of operation, photo styles, branding options). A contract and deposit secure your booking. Pre-Event Planning We collaborate on customizations, such as photo templates, backdrops, or props to match your event’s theme. We confirm logistics, including venue access, setup time, and power requirements. A final timeline is shared to ensure seamless coordination. Event Day Setup & Operation Our team arrives early to set up the photo booth, ensuring it’s ready before guests arrive. We will manage the booth, assisting guests and ensuring smooth operation. Guests enjoy unlimited photos with instant prints (if included) and digital sharing options. Post-Event Deliverables Digital photos are provided via an online gallery or direct delivery within 24-48 hours. Optional add-ons, like custom photo albums, are delivered as agreed. We follow up to ensure your satisfaction and gather feedback.
