John was prompt and very professional in his initial response to my inquiry. I sent him a few photos of my mother’s house to give him a better idea of the siding and roof conditions so that he could provide an accurate estimate for the pressure washing services.
He arrived on time the next day and the work he did was incredible. He pressure washed all the siding, the roof, porch, back deck, side walk and driveway and the cleaning agents he used were very high quality and appropriate depending upon the surface he was cleaning. (Some other pressure washing companies had used wrong cleaning agents in the past which had worn down the surfaces of some areas so having John use the correct ones was a huge relief.) He also took care to cover all outlets and clean the windows as well!
My mother and I couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for this service. Pricewise, he was in the middle of other estimates and I’d prefer to pay someone a bit more knowing the quality of work that is being done. Also there were no hidden “surprise costs.” For 2 female customers it’s a relief not to worry that someone will try to take advantage.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We collect information name, number and email.
2. We talk about the services your wanting either by text, phone or email.
3. We send you a quote with all the information you need.
4. You can accept or decline the offer.
5. If you accept then we will schedule your job for service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I keep in contact with most all the local veterans around my area. I am also a student under Dave Rucker one of the industry’s leaders in pressure washing and soft wash cleaning. I’m a true student of my craft.
