Kaitie at ATD Restoration was amazing to work with. She was courteous, professional, thorough and responsive. She made sure the insurance company paid for everything they were supposed to so I didn't have to do anything. My roof, siding and gutters were all replaced in a very timely manner. Everything was cleaned up after they were finished. We couldn't be happier! We can't recommend Kaitie with ATD Restoration enough! Wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

ATD Restoration got our roof and gutter/ downspouts replaced through insurance from a hail storm that had come through. They dealt with everything! Really made the whole experience stress free for us.

My wife and I would say that we had an overall good experience with ATD. We just had them come to completely replace our roof about a month ago, and we can speak primarily to the customer service side of things. As soon as we reached out, there were two reps that immediately met up with us to evaluate the roof, explain to us the process, and helped file the claim for us. They helped make sure that we would get the most value out of our insurance, to which we did, and they were really easy to talk to; we could call or text them about anything that we needed. They were also really fair in negotiating the price and giving us incentives to help lower the cost. However since we haven't climbed up on the roof ourselves since they completed the work and since it was only done a month ago, we aren't able to speak yet to the quality and longetivity of the workmanship. The reason why we deducted one star is because we were left with an impression that the work was a bit "messy." From afar, the roofwork looks a bit sloppy and we found some residual trash/nails afterward, but it's nothing major considering how much material they have to work with throughout the entirety of the job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer cash discounts and have great financing options available. Right now we’re running a financing deal for 0% interest for 5 years!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we like to meet with the homeowner to go over project details and expectations. We use satellite imagery to get precise measurements of your property. Then we can present you with a detailed estimate. Once we are sure you’re satisfied with the extent of the estimate we collect a down payment for the job and get you on the schedule. We can get you taken care of quickly! For repairs typically within a week or less and for replacements within 2 weeks (depending on material supply availability).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All ATD inspectors are all trained by HAGG certified instructors and former Property Adjusters.
