- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the appointment is scheduled, we meet at the homeowners house to perform the roof inspection and in most cases leave the estimate with the homeowner at that time. Once the contract is accepted, our production manager will call the homeowner and set up a time to have the work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have HAAG certified inspections. All of our staff is current and up to date on all manufacturer required manuals and tests.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with customers that need very minor work to full blown commercial projects. We handle all aspects of residential exterior repairs and replacement including windows, siding, roofing, insulation, and gutters.
