- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
prices vary from job to job, but, we will tell you what we have charged in the past for similar jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when we receive a possible quote request we: 1.set up a time to meet to take a look and determine if the tree needs work and if so what kind. in some cases with out of state homeowners, Realestate brokers or customers that do not have the time to meet we also receive pictures. 2.If the customer is pleased and willing to move forward we work out a do-able price based on their needs and financial ability (no one is turned away) 3. we schedule and time and date to start/complete work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our climbers have had no less than 5 years experience climbing, dropping and pruning tree. we have past students and graduates from Bob Jones University(SC), Columbia International University(SC) and Ironwood University (CA). we hold climbing training and equipment training on a regular basis
