We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. Before any work begins, we'll explain the issue, discuss your options, and provide clear pricing so there are no surprises. We don't believe in hidden fees, high-pressure sales, or recommending repairs you don't need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to your concerns and thoroughly diagnosing the problem. Once we've identified the issue, we'll explain it in plain language, answer your questions, and present your repair options with upfront pricing. Only after you've approved the work do we begin the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands-on plumbing work, continuous training, and a commitment to doing the job right. We stay current with industry best practices and focus on providing safe, reliable, and code-compliant plumbing solutions while treating every customer's home with respect.
