I was ready for Lance when he arrived promptly on 7/2 to repair some lifted laminate in the kitchen, hang a new ceiling fan/light in a master bedroom & look at an issue with a set French doors. He did his homework before arriving and was very prepared to tackle the projects. I found his knowledge and advice valuable & helpful. Great find! I will keep his contact info handy.

Lance did an outstanding job on our project which was probably more than he bargained for! He helped us with our bathroom demo. He performed all tasks that were asked of him and did them to the best of his ability. He removed a dishwasher, relocated refrigerator water line, removed ceramic tile on floor and walls and numerous other items. He was prompt, and courteous and went above and beyond to do everything I asked of him. If you are looking for a skilled handyman, look no further! Lance is amazing. I could not be happier with the beautiful job he performed installing a vanity in my powder room. The existing plumbing fixtures were cheap and needed modifying.
