- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a set scale to price jobs. Im not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but i can guarantee the job will be done right the first time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I like to meet the customer and do a walk through before the job starts to get on the same page as the customer. Once the job has started I ask for a draw(40%) of the total. Then when the job is finished I will do a punch list with the customer before getting the final draw(60%) hoping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a second generation painter that has been painting for 8 years. I was the lead foreman for a company for two years traveling across the country painting/staining Cabelas aswell as, many other jobs both residential and commercial. Working on building a new business now.
