I was looking for a house cleaning service and working with Jeffrey has been great! He responded quickly, listened carefully to my needs, made a personal visit to understand what I wanted, and went above and beyond in meeting my needs. He set up bi-weekly service starting just a few days after I contacted him and even came with the cleaner to make introductions and explain what needed to be done (a very positive personal touch). The actual cleaning of the house was great too. The cleaner was pleasant, hard-working and efficient. The flexibility on timing was great and the price is fair. I highly recommend Best One Cleaners based on my experience!
