Introduction: My goal is to help people achieve their own goals in a safe and timely manner! I teach functional fitness and movements we do every day, plus cardio drills, core work, and sports-specific training! I placed 3rd nationwide in the Mens Masters 35 and over lightweight division at the Collegiate and Masters national championship in Pittsburgh in 2007. I have also won 2001, 2003 and 2005 Georgia State championship Men's lightweight 35 and over division.
