I have been renting from AIM for almost a year now and have found their services and staff to be extremely helpful and fast. When my HVAC unit stopped working in the Middle of summer, I was able to put in a maintenance request on the portal, and within a day I was notified that an HVAC company was scheduled to come out that same week. The HVAC tech came out and fixed the issue within the hour. AIM followed up and I told them that everything is working great and appreciated the follow-up message. I'm really impressed with everyone at AIM, If you see a property they are managing and you are looking to rent, I highly recommended them!!

Kevin, President/Owner, of AIM personally took several hours out of his day to see a property placement go through for us. Additionally, Kevin took the time to explain the process of going through the property to ensure everything is satisfactory before move in & the process should any issues occur as a resident. Thorough management group w/ a solid team of professionals.
