We rented a townhouse (321 Ceasars Place) thru Absolute Island Management (AIM) from Aug2012 to Aug2014. The unit was in poor condition. At move in, 17 items needed repair. AIM eventually fixed 4 items. We fixed 2 items. 11 items were never repaired. Biggy #1. The kitchen had 1 drawer which was broken and never fixed due to a faulty countertop installation. Our silverware tray sat on the kitchen counter for 2 years. Biggy #2. Owner/AIM refused to replace broken washer and dryer. We bought a new washer and dryer and were eventually reimbursed. Biggy #3 AC failed twice one summer. AIM did not respond in a timely manner. We finally got the number for the repair guy and called them ourselves. Mostly we corresponded via email with Leanne Norby at AIM. Did not have much contact with Kevin Quat. We will not be using their services again.Thanks Kevin for the response. I was a renter of your property but I own several properties myself. Some of your renters may be familiar with real estate law. Treat everybody like you would be treated.

Tom. We are shocked to just learn about your experience now. I'm so sorry you were not happy. I believe you moved out over 6 months ago. I wish I had known prior so I could have helped. We always appreciate feedback good or bad. It's rare when folks have a bad experience and when given an opportunity to correct we make our best effort to do so. We recognize something's do fail but rest assured we are on the same team with the same goal. We want you happy in your home.
