Great experience! I had a tree limb fall on my home and rip off a facia board and a few shingles exposing significant existing damage to rafters, underlying plywood and sofit panels caused by a leak at the base of my chimney. I called Roof Care LLC and Francisco came out that day, climbed up and examined the roof, taking pictures for me to understand the source of the leak and the damage it had caused. Within a few days, Roof Care LLC provided me with a detailed estimate. The cost was very resonable for the amount of work that had to be done. After accepting the estimate, Roof Care LLC arrived providing pictures on the progress of their work. They cleaned the entire work area when they were finished as if they had never been there. They presented me an invoice with the exact amount of the estimate with no additional charge surprises. After 3 days of significant rain, there are no more leaks. I could not be any happier with Roof Care LLC and highly recommended their work.
