FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates on all projects. Troubleshoots are not projects. A troubleshoot is necessary when there is an electrical issue but the cause of the issue is not obvious. The electrician will diagnose the situation and track down the cause of the issue. Troubleshoots start at $200. However, the initial service charge will be credited toward the resolution of the issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is essential to get as much information from the customer as possible about the issue/project. It is also important to give the customer as much information as possible concerning his or her project. An informed pro can better satisfy the customer. And an informed customer can make better decisions concerning the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Decker College in Atlanta, GA where I was certified in 2005. I possess several other trade related credentials and have worked as an electrician most of my adult life.
