My style of teaching is designed to help students understand their bodies. I use encouragement and gentleness to coax you into a place of ease. I've been working as a yoga instructor for 11 years. I'm CPR certified, and I've worked in different environments from fitness centers and gyms to more therapeutic settings like correctional facilities, schools, and corporate environments. My expertise is in something called vinyasa, but I also teach yin and hatha, and my style is influenced by Anusara, Iyengar and Bowspring.

Molly was fantastic to work with and her class was excellent. She came to our Airbnb and taught a restorative and challenging class. She taught 10 of us and did an excellent job. We will definitely use her again when we are back in Charleston.

Molly was the absolutely highlight of our trip!

The yoga: the flow was incredible. It was thoughtful, catered to our conversation, and a representation of her expertise in yoga. If I lived in Charleston I would 100% come back and take her classes all the time. 

The communication: Molly was so professional! She communicated and made sure what she was bringing was exactly what we needed. Her responses were timely and she was so good about checking up as the trip approached. She was warm, caring, and followed up and offered stellar recommendations for us post-yoga. 

Molly went above and beyond. She came to our home and delivered a great class-- even brought our Bride a gift, and snagged an extra yoga mat on her way when we realized we didn't have enough. 

Bonus: Molly's playlist was THE BOMB. Every bridesmaid liked her playlist on Spotify, and it's become the anthem of our weekend. Thank you, Molly!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first session is an intro session and is included as a consultation. Discounts are offered as part of a package rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The intro session shows me what type of practice to build out regarding what you’d like to accomplish from practicing yoga. From there I offer a program outline to reach your goals!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified E-500 RYT 200, RYT 500 and YACEP (Yoga Alliance Certified Education Provider) with an additional 1000 hours training in vinyasa as well as CPR certified.
