Training with Olin was a great decision! He was wonderfully patient with me, teaching me about nutrition little by little as we trained. He was never late, never missed a session and was constantly encouraging. I trained with Olin for 1 year. I lost a little over 20lbs, built muscle and dropped my body fat percentage. I went from a size 10 to a size 4. He was very contentious of any injuries or weaknesses and helped me work through them. I'm now in the gym at least 5 days a weeks and have maintained my results.
