- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) For one private client I charge $55 per session. 2) For couples I charge 1.5x per session, which would = $82.50 3) I do offer Hybrid programs where I train a client in person 1-3x per week, depending on what they can afford/fit in their schedule, and send them the rest of their programmed workouts to stay consistent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule a one-on-one call with each client. This will give us the time to get to know each other, answer all the questions the client needs answered, go over their goals, health history and set them up for success. We will also go over schedule and expectations so that the client stays consistent and reaches their goal. From there your first workout will be getting know your range of motions in your joints by performing specific exercises. We will also find out what are 10 rep max is for specific exercises so that I can program each individual workout moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Certificate in Personal Training through International Sports Science Association. I have been certified since June 2nd of 2015. That also gives me over 7 years of experience. I am also a Certified Nutrition Coach through ISSA as well.
