We had a persistent leak in our tub. The tub was in an area making the pipes inaccessible. Seth came over and gave us an estimate prior to any work. He was able to diagnose and repair the problem within his estimate. Great experience!

My General rate for service call is $59 for the complete diagnosis of the equipment along with a free written quote for any nessary repairs to the equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come and introduce myself, give a free checkup of the system along with a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished HVAC school in 1994 and fully certified to do any work nessary to residential customers.
