- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No...but it doesnt matter if you lay gold tiles and silver window trim. I dont treat rich different than poor. Im here to do a job and I live in the community where I work. If I see you in the grocery store I expect to shake your hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Never cash up front. 1/2 due 1/2 way through, final upon completion. I do not work for cheap, I am middle class moving up. I listen to what you want and I expect you to let me preform my profession as I would let you complete yours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 rentals at 34 yrs old. I cant even begin to tell how many houses I have gutted and re-arranged ....
